Once your order is picked up by the carrier, it goes under their responsibility to deliver the item on time (the time they estimate when you created a pick up order), so please contact your carrier and check with them.
Due to the nature of our products (food), and for the safety of our staff and customers, we don’t accept returns and we don’t process refunds once your order has been processed.
